Your responsibilities will include: \* Assist with food pre-preparation and cutting. \* Support the sushi chef and kitchen team. \* Keep the kitchen consistently clean and organized. \* Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. \* Provide daily support to maintain service pace. **Requirements:** * Experience or exposure to cold kitchen operations (sushi). * Willingness to learn sushi bar techniques. * Agility and strong operational pace. * Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday. * This position is open to candidates of any gender. **Schedule:** * Tuesday to Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. * Fixed days off on Sundays and Mondays (5-day workweek with 2 days off). **Benefits:** * Starting salary: R$ 2.183,99/month. * Food basket: R$ 300.00/month. * Transportation allowance: R$ 206.85/month. * Dinner provided by the company. **Employment Type:** Full-time.
