Strong focus on process design, project governance, management of complex cross-functional projects, and training of the operations team.**Requirements** -------------- Hard Skills: \- Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; \- Experience in continuous improvement projects, e.g., Lean: Kanban, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, VSM, etc.; \- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite; \- Proficiency in handling data; \- Ability to develop KPIs. Soft Skills: \- Strong communication and negotiation skills; \- Resilience and ownership mindset. Preferred: \- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; \- Intermediate English proficiency; \- Green Belt certification; \- SQL programming; \- Power BI.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Assess and propose improvements to optimize warehouse (CD) processes; 2\. Execute activities focused on increasing productivity using continuous improvement methodologies; 3\. Design, implement, and standardize processes to meet customer requirements; 4\. Analyze operational results to identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization; 5\. Deliver innovative, consistent, and structured solutions aimed at reducing costs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring operational safety; 6\. Ensure execution of cross-functional activities critical to project delivery; 7\. Present project results to leadership, PE structure, and the customer.
