Job Summary: Professional to work on production planning and control, demand analysis, process optimization, and development of strategic KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in S&OP and production planning 2. Focus on process improvement and KPI analysis 3. Interaction with commercial and logistics teams Responsibilities: · Collaborate with relevant departments to develop S\&OP. · Analyze raw material consumption and demand. · Prepare and monitor production orders. · Plan productive capacity. · Conduct scenario simulations. · Analyze inventory turnover and coverage. · Develop and monitor strategic KPIs. · Propose improvements to production processes. · Perform production planning and revenue forecasting. Coordinate with commercial and logistics teams to release orders according to priority. **Education** · Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge** · Advanced Excel. · ERP system with MRP proficiency. · Intermediate Power BI (preferred). **Experience** · Minimum 4 years in PCP or industrial logistics. **Additional Notes** Behavioral profile: · Analytical thinking. · Critical analysis ability. · Structured planning. · Data-driven decision making. · Clear communication. · Organization.
