Your responsibilities will include preparing the worksite, assembling structures, applying finishes, and performing final touches. You will perform various tasks, ranging from wall and floor construction to assembling metal structures. It is essential that you possess refined manual skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction techniques and safety protocols. Team collaboration is a vital part of your role; therefore, strong communication and teamwork abilities are highly desirable. Prior experience in civil construction is a plus, as is familiarity with hand and power tools. Certifications from civil construction-related courses and experience in similar projects are highly valued.
