Lead, train, and develop production teams Dana Cosméticos \| Itatiba \- SP \| On-site Job Description At Grupo Dana, the Process Leader will ensure excellence in bulk manufacturing processes, guaranteeing quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement through efficient process management and team development. Direct reporting to the Production Coordinator. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, organize, and execute bulk manufacturing activities according to the established production plan. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the entire production process. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. * Develop and implement initiatives to reduce raw material and input losses. * Monitor efficiency indicators and propose solutions to increase productivity. * Train operators and process assistants on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety. * Conduct technical and behavioral training to support team development. * Support individual development plans (IDP) and onboarding of new employees. * Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal company standards. * Maintain production, loss, and implemented improvement records and reports. * Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow.
