In return, you will be supported by a strong and established company that provides all necessary context for consistent delivery of services to our customers. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, analyze, perform, and monitor activities outlined in the inventory management checklist. * Analyze and/or manage pickings (create, delete, transfer) and maintain circuits as required. * Analyze and/or handle restricted items. * Analyze and/or update item records and logistical data in the dedicated computerized system. * Perform support activities. * Participate in the development of internal and external projects related to warehousing, handling, and/or distribution. * Conduct analyses and process information via systems to support identifying solutions and optimizations for the company and clients at the lowest cost. * Verify compliance with defined procedures across existing processes, identify possible discrepancies, and suggest improvements. * Develop new management reports by gathering and consolidating diverse information to meet interdepartmental communication needs and support decision-making. * Input Control – Ensure movement information is properly recorded in electronic spreadsheets, thereby guaranteeing accuracy of controls. * Compare data between the client's system and ID Logistics' system. * Detect and correct possible discrepancies according to procedures. * Packaging Control – Prepare and review highly complex documents and reports to identify operational issues (movement errors), and additional ones when requested by superiors to define actions. * Inform responsible departments of identified error results to support analysis and decision-making by supervision/management. * Conduct physical inventories according to frequencies previously established by the company and client. * Key Performance Indicator – Prepare and analyze KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports, among others. * Use data from systems or spreadsheets to provide information for monitoring purposes. * Support inventory/operations managers, site managers, and clients in decision-making. * Daily inventory reconciliation – Compare data between the client's system and ID Logistics' system. * Detect and correct possible discrepancies according to procedures. * Official Inventory Preparation – Participate in planning official periodic physical inventories for balance purposes. * Work with clients to define schedules, provide system data, and train and guide teams. * Official Inventory Closing – Assist the inventory management coordinator in closing the inventory. * Compare movements recorded in company and client systems. * Correct discrepancies under supervision using specific reports. * Customer service – Gather information in cases of complaints (disputes/non-conformities) regarding shortages, overages, and/or damaged products reported by sales points, aiming to identify responsibilities. * Provide information and clarify doubts related to daily inventory reconciliation. * Provide support to other departments. * Supply information regarding discrepancies between ID Logistics and client inventory when requested. * Concepts and training – Develop and prepare teaching materials and manuals for training sessions, according to the program and methodology to be applied. * Deliver training to support teams during periodic inventory operations. * Train employees on the use of control systems. * Achieve defined objectives aimed at improving operational results. * Organize the workplace according to Good Quality Practices and 5S, complying with HSE rules. * Comply with the unit’s Quality, Safety, and Environment Management System, respecting good operational practices and following quality and occupational safety pillars, as well as food/product safety standards, through norms and standards set by policies, manuals, and operational procedures. * Perform tasks according to operational procedures and controls. **Requirements and qualifications** Degree in Business Administration or related fields; Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in the field. **We are leaders in the international logistics market** ---------------------------------------------------- The ID Logistics Group is one of the leading international logistics operators, with revenue of 3.3 billion euros in 2024.
