Assemble and disassemble equipment, as well as clean and sanitize it. Monitor the production process, verifying product quality and identifying potential issues or defects. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply to the production line. Follow work instructions and operational procedures established by the company. Collaborate with the production team to meet established production and quality targets. Participate in training and capacity-building programs related to food safety and quality. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Assembler, Production Assistant, or Equipment Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
