If you are driven by challenges, enjoy working in teams, and seek a place where your ideas are valued, join us in driving business forward and building the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assemble products in an organized manner, adhering to quality standards and assembly instructions, according to production orders. * Prepare materials for activities as specified in the product sheet and assembly instructions. * Flash firmware, perform tests, burn encryption keys or serial numbers onto components, circuit boards, and finished products. * Package products according to work instructions. * Preform (shape raw material), insert components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), depanelize (separate) PCBs, prepare and apply resins and adhesives. * Solder electronic components. * Conduct visual inspections, functional tests, run-in, burn-in, and product testing. * Repair defective PCBs, products, or rejected materials. * Review PCBs against the product sheet and assembly instructions. * Prepare PCB maintenance reports and record identified defects. * Register reworked and segregated parts and equipment prior to functional testing. * Use firmware flashing and testing applications on PCBs and products to verify board or product functionality. * Identify defects and propose corrective actions for the production process or the product. * Assist in machine operation according to production orders. * Participate in machine adjustments for assembly and component/product programming. * Inspect parts upon exiting the machine. * Maintain raw material identification with the code and production order number. * Report equipment or in-process product failures. * Record produced or processed quantities in the Quality Record (paper-based or electronic). * Consult product specification sheets and access work instructions to ensure correct integration of materials into the assembly process. * Handle tools used for machine or production process adjustments. * Segregate, identify, and electronically report non-conformities related to rejected materials and products, and request replacements. * Perform inspections and tests to validate information programmed into products. * Perform quality inspections of products, evaluating appearance and equipment functionality. * Electronically register rejected materials and products and request replacements. * Perform soldering inspections on products. * Assemble prototypes under supervision. * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and calibration verification of machines. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** **Education:** Completed high school. **Desirable:** Experience in assembling and disassembling electronic products; knowledge of ISO 9000 standards; familiarity with technical assistance production lines; understanding of quality standards; component measurement skills; and knowledge of soldering processes. **Additional Information** #### **Our Benefits** Opportunity to work at a company experiencing continuous growth Celebratory events on special occasions On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Life insurance Transportation allowance Pet care plan Medical and dental assistance Profit and Results Sharing Program Partnerships with universities and language schools Workplace gymnastics PDE&I – Educational and Language Development Program Flexible dress code Wellhub Program (Gympass) * *Working hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a 1-hour rest break.* *Gertec does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, gender, age, non-disabling disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other factor prohibited by local legislation.
