We make a difference to ensure sustainable development. https://www.youtube.com/embed/P3A4W9FDaj0?showinfo=0 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (1ST/2ND LEVEL) **REQUIREMENTS:** —Completed high school education; —Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory); —Previous experience in industrial maintenance activities or as a maintenance assistant; —Knowledge of industrial mechanics (hydraulics, pneumatics, transmission systems, bearings, etc.), preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques (preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES —Assist in performing mechanical maintenance tasks, following technical specifications and internal procedures to ensure industrial process productivity, quality, and safety; —Perform lubrication and adjustment of all mechanical and pneumatic equipment, using appropriate tools and instruments according to each equipment’s specifications; —Record daily activities in the Fracttal maintenance management software, documenting performed tasks, methods applied, parts used, root causes of issues, and implemented solutions—supporting continuous process improvement; —Assist with specific workshop tasks such as cutting, welding, bending, and sharpening mill knives, expediting response and repair of idle equipment; —Support identification and implementation of equipment improvements by observing maintenance challenges and contributing to developing solutions that reduce machine downtime; —Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop and factory—including equipment, control panels, and tools under one’s responsibility—and ensure proper disposal of waste to guarantee a safe and productive work environment.
