Description: What we expect from you: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience using the TOTVS Protheus system. Not mandatory, but a plus: * Advanced knowledge of English and/or Spanish; * Experience in international procurement. For this role, your main responsibilities will be: * Plan, coordinate, and execute import and export processes. * Prepare and analyze documents such as invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading (BL/AWB), among others. * Monitor customs clearance processes, verifying tax classification (NCM), customs regimes, and international agreements. * Conduct international and domestic freight quotations, and negotiate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. * Track deadlines and monitor shipments, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters. * Maintain control over import/export costs and report performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborate with departments such as procurement, finance, and taxation. * Ensure compliance with applicable customs, tax, and trade regulations and legislation. 2511260202401684884
