




The Commercial Service Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality support to customers and potential customers, promoting efficient and agile communication through various channels. Their role involves conducting in-person, virtual (via video), digital channel, and phone support, as well as handling back-office tasks requiring further analysis and specialized treatment. Additionally, the professional receives, guides, and appropriately routes incoming requests, providing accurate information about products, services, and procedures. It is essential to systematically and accurately record all customer feedback—including requests, complaints, compliments, criticisms, and suggestions—into corporate systems. The analyst is also responsible for reviewing documents related to service activities, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.
