Your responsibilities will include: * Cleaning dishes, utensils, and all kitchen areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the environment; * Placing food in appropriate containers for guest self-service, as well as organizing cutlery, glasses, plates, and other utensils, replenishing them as needed; * Assisting in the preparation of sauces and seasonings by mixing ingredients and storing them properly according to the chef’s instructions; * Washing and cutting food items intended for meal preparation, salads, and desserts, following given instructions; * Assisting in the production of salads, desserts, teas, coffees, and other food items, as well as collecting and storing samples of prepared foods, adhering to required procedures; * Receiving and verifying food supplies delivered from the warehouse or directly from suppliers, and informing the responsible department for inventory control and stock adjustment; * Complying with quality, hygiene, and safety policies, strictly following established Work Instructions and Operational Procedures; * Performing other duties related to the role, as required by the department. 2512200202551478702
