Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and organized Apprentice to provide administrative and operational support, assisting with daily operations at the Extrema factory. Key Highlights: 1. Support in administrative and operational areas 2. Assistance in organizing documents and internal controls 3. Support for factory routines **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Apprentice Program **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code We are looking for an Apprentice with a proactive, communicative, and organized profile. **OBJECTIVE:** * Provide administrative and operational support, assisting in document organization, internal controls, recordkeeping, and actions supporting the Extrema factory’s daily operations. **ACTIVITIES:** * Assist in organizing document files; * Assist in tracking periodic occupational health examinations for the department; * Update internal system spreadsheets; * Help complete unit waste management spreadsheets; * Support delivery and control of PPEs; * Support organization of legal documents compliant with NR regulations; * Submit purchase requests. **Requirements:** **EDUCATION:** * High school diploma * Currently pursuing a higher education degree is a plus. **EXPERIENCE** * Prior experience is a plus. **SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office Suite \[intermediate Excel]. **RESPONSE:** We are delighted by your interest in joining TIVEA!
