Develop **WBS**, detailed schedule (CPM), and scope/cost/time baselines. Define and implement the complete **Project Management Plan** (all knowledge areas). Monitor execution using **EVM (Earned Value Management)**, reporting CPI, SPI, and variances to the internal PMO. Lead executive meetings with clear, objective, fact-based reports. Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with continuous updates. Rigorously enforce the **Change Control** process, assessing change impacts. Oversee technical decisions, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture. Serve as the bridge between technical teams, architecture, and executive leadership. Ensure project quality, traceability, and comprehensive documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we need from you** **10+ years** of experience managing technology projects. Proficiency in **PMI / PMBOK**, applied in traditional (non-hybrid) fashion. Consistent experience in projects using **Java 17+**, microservices, messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), REST APIs, and corporate integrations. Practical knowledge of distributed architecture, DDD, CQRS, and cloud environments. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and enterprise security. Experience with financial platforms, payments, onboarding, or legacy systems is a significant advantage. **PMP certification** is highly desirable.
