About the role The Sr. Software Engineer role is integral to our Asset \& Wealth Management division focusing on developing robust software solutions using SQL Server, C\#, SQL, Azure and .Net Framework. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance our systems ensuring efficiency and scalability. **In this role, you will:** Develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements in the Asset \& Wealth Management domain Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design develop and optimize applications using SQL Server, C\# and .Net Framework Ensure software solutions are scalable efficient and maintainable adhering to industry best practices Utilize Azure cloud services to enhance application performance and reliability Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high\-quality software delivery Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a collaborative environment Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation Document software processes and solutions to ensure clarity and continuity within the team Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using SQL Server Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
