Position Description Responsibilities and Duties:* Responding to and resolving systemic support tickets; * Developing system enhancements using Python and Java Web; * Conducting detailed analysis of recurring incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions; * Collaborating with the team to continuously improve systems and processes; * Creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems and processes, including applications developed in Flutter and AWS environments. Requirements and Qualifications:* We are seeking undergraduate students enrolled up to their second year in Systems Analysis and Development, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI is desirable.
