Develop modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces **Job Description** The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a central role in evolving our Core platform, which consolidates franchise and broker operations. The priority is to ensure performance and usability in applications running at scale and handling complex integrations. **Responsibilities and Duties** ● Participate in the full development lifecycle: conception, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance ● Build modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces ● Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and backend services ● Contribute to architecture definition and development best practices ● Support the team through code reviews, best practices, and quality standards ● Develop critical features in Python (FastAPI/Django) to support business rules ● Implement automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to reduce production errors ● Use AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, Cognito, SNS, SQS) for scalable and resilient applications ● Continuous deployments on Kubernetes (EKS) using automated pipelines via ArgoCD/Bitbucket **Requirements and Qualifications** ● Solid front-end experience (React, TypeScript, hooks, context, performance) ● Experience in full-stack development, including APIs and backend services ● Strong testing practices (unit, integration, E2E) ● Experience integrating with cloud environments (preferably AWS) ● Ability to resolve complex performance issues in web interfaces ● Excellent Git and version control workflow proficiency ● Collaborative mindset with results orientation ● Autonomy to propose technical improvements and mentor less experienced developers **Desired Qualifications** *These are advantages:* ● Experience with design systems and advanced componentization ● Experience in large-scale systems or regulated environments (insurance, finance, healthcare) ● Contributions to open-source projects Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$10.000,00 – R$14.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher
