Provide guidance to users on topics related to systems and systemic processes 3\. Escalate tickets requiring specialized support to the Sustentação (Maintenance) team 4\. Handle mass data modification requests directly in systems or via data change request forms 5\. Evaluate recurring requests originating from tickets and propose systemic improvements 6\. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for systemic improvement projects 7\. Monitor market developments to identify innovations that generate value for the Company in business and technology areas 8\.
