Ensure accommodation quality and guest well-being If you wish to join one of the most respected brands in the hospitality industry and contribute to our mission of delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests, you are in the right place. **Job Description** \* Ensure accommodation quality and guest well-being. **Essential Requirements** \* Completed high school education; \* Minimum 24 months of customer service experience; \* Fluent English; \* Knowledge of hotel property management systems; \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; \* Flexible availability for work shifts. **Desirable Requirements** \* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; \* Minimum 6 months of experience as Concierge and/or Guest Relations and/or Hostess; \* Minimum 12 months of experience as Senior Front Desk Agent. **Benefits** \* Medical insurance; \* Dental insurance; \* Food allowance; \* Transportation allowance and/or fuel allowance; \* Employee room rate; \* On-site hotel cafeteria.
