Job Summary: The AI Specialist Facilitator will manage an Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, fostering a culture of innovation and supporting the exploration of AI solutions to add business value. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical areas. Description: * Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines. A postgraduate degree or specialization in AI is a plus. * Experience with generative AI tools, machine learning, natural language processing, and other related technologies. * Ability to facilitate groups, conduct training sessions, and promote engagement. * Collaborative, curious profile with strong orientation toward innovation. * Capacity for clear and empathetic communication with diverse audiences. * Experience managing innovation laboratories or collaborative spaces is desirable. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and design thinking. * Experience in multidisciplinary projects involving technology and people. * Intermediate English proficiency (for reading technical materials). The AI Specialist Facilitator will be responsible for managing and operating an Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (AI LAB), serving as the focal point for initiatives related to experimentation, research, and application of AI technologies. This professional’s mission is to foster a culture of innovation, promote the ethical and strategic use of AI, and support employees and teams in exploring intelligent solutions that add business value. Key Responsibilities: Manage the physical and virtual space of the AI LAB, including technological infrastructure (computers, software, access to AI platforms, etc.). Curate and provide AI tools for testing, research, and practical applications. * Facilitate AI experimentation sessions for various departments across the company. * Provide technical guidance on AI. * Monitor AI trends and innovations, proposing improvements and new approaches for the LAB. * Ensure best practices for usage, security, and ethics in accessing and applying AI technologies. * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical areas, translating complex AI concepts for diverse audiences. * Document learnings, use cases, and results obtained in the LAB. \#LI\-HYBRID \#LI\-LA1 2512110202491859807
