Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue payments, managing authority levels, defining rules and discount limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with organizational guidelines. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco or Curitiba **Your Day-to-Day** As Business Intelligence Manager, you will work within the Collections and Credit Recovery team, and your main activities will be: * Lead strategies, processes, and teams dedicated to credit recovery and collections for the Agribusiness Products portfolio; * Be responsible for structuring, optimizing, and monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and close customer relationship management in the Agro sector; * Develop, implement, and monitor credit collection and recovery strategies specifically tailored to the Agribusiness segment; * Manage performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement in recovery rates and NPL; * Lead internal teams and external partners involved in collections, renegotiation, and recovery; * Conduct in-depth analyses of portfolio behavior, customer profiles, and Agro market dynamics to support strategic decision-making; * Create models, segmentation approaches, and policies that optimize data-driven collection efforts. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Proven experience in collections or credit recovery within the Agribusiness segment; * Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in performance indicators, data interpretation, understanding of portfolio behavior, and data-driven decision-making; * Excellent interpersonal skills, mediation ability, and negotiation capacity with diverse stakeholder profiles; * Experience managing teams or coordinating operational areas; * Solid knowledge of Agribusiness products (rural credit, CPR, Agro financing, etc.) It would be a plus if you have: * Experience with analytical tools (Power BI, SQL, Databricks); * Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to rural credit and Agro operations; * Experience in financial institutions, banks, credit cooperatives, or organizations related to Agribusiness; * A results-oriented profile, combining strategic vision with operational capability. **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * PLR or Bonus: Based on position eligibility\* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services offered by partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: health, well-being, and quality-of-life program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: special conditions across various products and services * Childcare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, with assisted prenatal and postpartum care
