Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Mid-Level Java Backend Developer to develop and maintain applications, with a focus on quality, performance, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Contribute to the evolution of architecture and technical standards FCamara is looking for a **Backend** **Java \- Mid-Level** professional. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain applications; * Participate in technical analysis, estimation, and solution design alongside the team, Tech Lead, and Architect; * Ensure solution quality and performance through good coding practices, automated testing, and code reviews; * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (QA, Product, DevOps, Architecture, SI); * Contribute to the evolution of the team's architecture and technical standards; * Participate in active application monitoring, supporting incident identification and resolution; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields **Essential:** * Advanced experience with Java (11 or higher). * Proficiency in Spring Boot (Data, Security, Cloud). * Solid experience with Microservices Architecture. * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and managed services (GKE, Pub/Sub). * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi). * Experience with Containers (Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes). * DevSecOps practices (Snyk, SonarQube). * Proficiency in Databases (Cloud SQL and Firestore). **Desirable / Differentiating:** * Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux). * Experience with GraphQL. * Certification in application security or hands-on experience with tools such as **Snyk**, **SonarQube**, or **OWASP Dependency\-Check**. * Experience with **container hardening** (e.g., Trivy, Clair). * Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as **Datadog** or **New Relic**. * Implementation of custom dashboards to monitor SLAs and SLIs. * Google Cloud certification (e.g., **Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer** or **Cloud Architect**). * Hands-on experience configuring **Service Mesh** (e.g., Istio) for inter-microservice communication. * Knowledge of **BigQuery** for large-scale data analytics. **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality * Analytical ability and problem-solving focus * Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
