




Job Summary: This Backoffice Assistant validates and corrects data, identifies inconsistencies, and collaborates to optimize processes—requiring attention to detail and affinity for routine tasks. Work involving routine tasks and continuous improvement. **Backoffice Assistant** * Validate and ensure the accuracy of information automatically extracted by robots from various documents. * Proactively identify and report recurring inconsistencies or errors in data and document layouts to the support team, contributing to improved recognition and processing. * Perform typing and correction of supplementary data as needed. * Pay close attention to details. * Communicate effectively to report issues and collaborate with the team. * Have an affinity for routine-based work and continuous improvement. * Possess critical analytical skills to identify error patterns. * Be accustomed to / enjoy repetitive tasks. * Proficiency in computer use and Office Suite / Google Docs. * Preferred: Experience or familiarity with tax-related areas, invoices, bills, bank slips, and general receipts. Education: Completed high school. Work Location: Indaiatuba/SP or Itu/SP; preference given to Itu. Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws).
