Job Summary: We are seeking a practical, organized, and collaborative Architect to develop and oversee industrial, commercial, and corporate projects—transforming client needs into viable solutions. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Archicad, and 3D modeling We seek a practical, organized, and collaborative Architect to develop and oversee industrial, commercial, and corporate projects. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into viable, functional, and executable solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural projects (commercial, industrial, and corporate) * Design functional layouts, considering operations, workflow, and technical feasibility * Perform project coordination (architectural with structural, electrical, and hydraulic systems) * Support the development of detailed executive projects * Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications * Maintain direct interface with engineers, suppliers, and clients * Support material selection, finishes, and construction solutions * Participate in technical surveys and site visits * Support project approvals and compliance with technical standards and legislation * Adjust designs according to construction and client requirements **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Experience with executive projects * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Archicad, and 3D modeling * Experience with project coordination * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills (interaction with clients and team members) * Ability to adapt to diverse project types * Agility and sense of priority Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.054,93 \- R$9\.738,15 per month Work location: On-site
