Your responsibilities will include: * Performing cleaning, sanitization, and organization of apartments and other areas within the unit, ensuring overall tidiness, changing of bed linens, removal of garbage, and sanitization of bathrooms and floors. You will also be required, upon request, to clean common and external areas. * Inspecting rooms during check-out to ensure linen stock is complete and verifying the integrity of items and equipment. It is essential to promptly inform your supervisor or the responsible department about any maintenance needs, forgotten items, or other irregularities identified. * Maintaining organization and hygiene of the service cart, ensuring cleaning supplies are in good condition and adequately stocked—including towel racks, tissue dispensers, soap dispensers, and other containers. * Assisting in the laundry area, when available, operating industrial washing and drying machines, and ironing room linens, uniforms, and other items, always following supplier recommendations and safety standards. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, issuing receipts for daily cash, credit/debit card, PIX, and bill payments. * Verify the opening cash amount to ensure adequate funds for replenishment and change. * Assist customers and recommend the most suitable payment method. * Offer the HTN card to customers who do not yet hold this payment option. * Identify customers using official identification documents (ID card or driver’s license) when establishing credit accounts. * Register and update customer profiles, requesting necessary documents (ID card, CPF, and phone number) for analysis and approval in accordance with current Credit Policy. * For existing HTN cardholders, offer PCJ and PP services. * Collect purchase amounts in cash, verifying banknote authenticity; for HTN card payments, request valid identification. * Visually inspect products (model, size, color, stitching, quantity purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always wrap items as gifts upon customer request, following pre-established internal guidelines.
