**CUSTOMER ADVISOR II – (CASHIER AND CREDIT SALES)**
Responsibilities
Organize the department, arrange display windows, shelves, clothing racks, etc., sorting and organizing products by size and model for better identification, organization, and ease of product retrieval—aligned with the planogram—to enhance the physical space and reduce customer service time.
Handle merchandise movement between stock and store (or vice versa), ensuring optimal product placement for display.
Monitor customer behavior, providing support and product information as needed; locate requested sizes or items from stock if unavailable on the sales floor.
Provide assisted sales, accompanying and observing customers during product selection and offering assistance when difficulties arise.
Sell financial products such as credit cards and insurance, explaining features to customers, offering card applications and registration, and facilitating credit access for purchases.
Operate the cash register: perform opening procedures—including reading the X-report, verifying prior balance, and completing all required opening and closing steps—check and manage office supplies, and ensure all electronic devices, fiscal printer rolls, clips, packaging materials, and other essentials are in perfect working condition and available in sufficient quantity for daily operations.
Process product exchanges, correctly updating the system to track incoming and outgoing merchandise, inspecting returned items, and executing necessary procedures to return items to saleable inventory.
Master company products through end-to-end tracking—from arrival to departure at the store—to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Develop communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
Comply with all applicable rules, procedures, internal regulations, and current legislation.
Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided they align with the employee’s qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
**CREDIT CARD PROMOTER**
Responsibilities
Proactively approach and engage customers to promote and activate credit cards, supporting achievement of performance targets and business results.
Organize the department, arrange display windows, shelves, clothing racks, etc., sorting and organizing products by size and model for better identification, organization, and ease of product retrieval—aligned with the planogram—to enhance the physical space and reduce customer service time.
Handle merchandise movement between stock and store (or vice versa), ensuring optimal product placement for display.
Master company products through end-to-end tracking—from arrival to departure at the store—to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Comply with all applicable rules, procedures, internal regulations, and current legislation.

Proactively approach customers and clearly explain the benefits and terms of the credit card.
Collect required documentation and ensure all forms are accurately completed.
Provide detailed information regarding the card’s terms and conditions and address customer inquiries.
Monitor application approval processes and ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided.
