Receive, verify, and validate customer orders before forwarding them to the operations department. 3. Make operational adjustments when necessary, ensuring orders align with the company’s capacity and guidelines. 4. Reinforce and communicate commercial guidelines and strategies established by the Commercial Superintendent to the sales team. 5. Monitor the individual performance of external sales representatives under supervision, providing guidance and feedback. 6. Monitor performance and generate reports using Power BI to measure the efficiency of each external sales representative. 7. Organize the commercial department’s routine, ensuring deadlines are met, communication flows smoothly, and requests are handled promptly. 8. Support process standardization and propose improvements to ensure optimal departmental functioning. 9. Achieve planned sales targets by motivating the team and ensuring excellence in sales processes. 10. Participate in the selection process for new department staff and conduct terminations when necessary. 11. Ensure team members wear and maintain uniforms properly, adhering to appropriate dress code standards. 12. Strictly comply with the company’s Code of Ethics, as well as all applicable policies and procedures. 13. In case of any loss caused by the employee, disciplinary actions—including written warnings and appropriate financial measures—will be applied in accordance with company policies and procedures. 14. Ensure all shipments comply with the pre-established loading standards defined by management under the new commercial model. 15. Monitor inventory expiration dates to prevent losses due to quality issues. 16. Support the procurement team in formalizing required volumes for weekly planning and for earlier days, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of commercial strategies. 17.
