




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing routines, analyzing sales costs and indicators, and providing strategic and operational support to the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Sales performance indicator management and analysis 2. Strategic and operational support to the sales team 3. Process optimization and reduction of financial losses Update routine management and visible management dashboard on a monthly basis; Calculate cost indices and assess their impacts; Generate, stratify, and analyze sales indicator tracking; Develop proposals/strategies for the sales department; Participate in planning meetings with the Sales Manager and Supervisor; Monitor sales team incentives; Issue daily variable compensation reports; Issue monthly closing reports for the Sales Team; Prepare customer tracking spreadsheets, as well as coverage tracking for sales representatives, supervisors, and distributors, and overall distributor activation status; Support the Sales Team by cascading targets such as volume, price, coverage, activation, and focus PDVs; Ensure data quality in the SIV system; Update prices in the system upon request; Promptly inform distributors of price changes or campaign and promotion launches; Reduce financial losses arising from process inefficiency; Perform related duties as requested by superiors Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
