A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Deliver high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying questions regarding insurable benefits. Manage access passwords for beneficiaries and authorized representatives to operator portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance on using the accredited health and dental care network. Clarify reimbursement processes, co-payments, waiting periods, and contractual plan rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary transactions in the company's systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments on the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets to ensure interaction history and traceability. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as a Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
