GS Inima Brasil | Venda Nova do Imigrante - ES | On-site Job Description This position is responsible for conducting technical and administrative activities related to the operation of sewage treatment plants, ensuring that processes comply with environmental, quality, and safety standards. The role involves supervising operational teams, organizing routines, assigning tasks, and promoting achievement of established goals. It includes monitoring performance indicators, analyzing operational data, and supporting technical decision-making. The position contributes to system efficiency, implementation of improvements, and assurance of continuous sewage treatment services. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor execution of operational routines according to the technical schedule; * Monitor the operation of sewage treatment systems and units, identifying operational deviations and proposing adjustments; * Manage physical inventory of chemicals used in the sewage treatment process, aligning demand with the procurement department; * Collect effluent samples and dispatch them to the laboratory according to the technical schedule; * Read and record operational data and measurement instrument readings related to the sewage treatment process; * Prepare measurement, productivity, and loss reports, consolidating information for technical analysis; * Operate supervisory and control systems for sewage units, ensuring continuous process performance; * Diagnose performance of treatment units and propose actions to mitigate losses and operational failures; * Organize the team to carry out operational maneuvers and corrective interventions at sewage units; * Guide team members regarding activities scheduled in the operational plan. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed **Fields of study:** Chemical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sanitation Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. Desirable Requirements * Sewage treatment processes (physical, chemical, and biological); * Applicable environmental and regulatory standards (e.g., CONAMA, CETESB); * Operation of supervisory and control systems (SCADA); * Interpretation of operational parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, etc.); * Management of chemicals used in treatment; * Preparation and analysis of technical reports and operational indicators; * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental protection; * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
