Your responsibilities
-------------
* Participation/leadership in pre-project activities, planning, and implementation of plant or construction-related investment projects, including preparation and creation of annual and medium-term plans
* Engineering of electrical projects
* Technical, commercial, and organizational management during execution of investment projects
* Preparation of submission, planning, and project documentation (specifications) for plant and electrical tenders across all service phases
* Preparation of tendering procedures and monitoring of planning and execution services provided by engineering offices, as well as supervision of contractors' construction services regarding quality and quantity while ensuring cost-effectiveness
Your profile
----------
* Completed technical college degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
* Excellent knowledge of plant and construction-related engineering (layout, logistics, material flow) as well as project management
* Several years of professional experience in project execution is desirable
* Proficient use of industry-standard IT applications, E-Plan, and MS Office
* Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software and SAP is advantageous
* Strong social competence, conflict resolution skills, and ability to drive change
* High problem-solving capability, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
* Strong team orientation and excellent communication skills when conveying technical and economic relationships

**Compensation and benefits:** The minimum gross salary for this position is €4,100.00 per month (paid 14 times per year), including allowances and supplements. Actual compensation depends on qualifications and professional experience.
