Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for fiber optic network splicing, maintenance, and activation, performing diagnostics, configurations, and participating in installation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Perform fiber optic network splicing and infrastructure deployment 2. Carry out preventive and corrective network maintenance 3. Participate in the execution and development of installation projects **Job Description:** ---------------------- Achieve goals and KPIs under your responsibility; Perform fiber optic cable splicing and network infrastructure work; Prepare cables for splicing; Remove equipment from customers' premises; Identify faults in networks and equipment; Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous fiber optic network operation; Align fibers, cables, and optical distribution boxes; Respond to fiber optic cable breaks; Perform customer activation and maintenance; Install, configure, and maintain equipment; Conduct relocations when necessary; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Prepare technical documentation of activities; Perform work at heights using appropriate PPE and collective protection measures (EPC); Operate company vehicles responsibly; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage DC and AC electrical systems, air conditioning systems, data transmission systems, and lightning protection systems (SPDA); Diagnose system failures; Plan, evaluate, and execute installations to establish communications; Participate in the implementation of new projects; Configure equipment; Handle and operate low-voltage generators; Participate in on-call duty schedules, responding to alerts and performing required tasks to ensure network operation; Collect information to support network inventory and documentation; Manage movement of materials, assets (active or passive), and register and inventory them at application sites; Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within your area; Maintain conduct aligned with Compliance standards, the Code of Ethics, and other company policies; Travel when required; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Perform other duties relevant to the area as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education Driver's License Category B **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Commission Meal allowance / Food voucher Starbem – Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation voucher Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- BENTO GONCALVES/RS
