Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Receptionist to provide customer service, manage operations, and handle check-outs and cash handling for a major hotel chain. Key Highlights: 1. Cash management and inventory control We are the Recruitment and Selection team of Rede Drops, Brazil's largest motel chain, with units across 7 states. We currently have an opening for a Receptionist at our Drops Caxias do Sul unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! Responsibilities: Answering customer calls via telephone and intercom; managing operations by requesting suite cleanings and key releases; placing kitchen orders; handling check-outs, billing, and cash operations; managing the front desk's small inventory and receiving goods. We Offer: Fixed salary: BRL 1,892.00 (Probationary Contract) | BRL 2,300.00 after probation (5% cash shortage bonus) Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance: Fuel Allowance is BRL 300.00 per month. Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of monthly salary in July for the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance Program: Biannual performance-based bonuses. Working Hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; working hours to be agreed upon with the manager.
