Opportunity for professional growth and a dynamic work environment. **Work location: Bento Gonçalves/RS** The Engineering Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring alignment among planning, execution, and delivery of the project, thereby contributing efficiently and effectively to the project's success. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support construction team management and training of interns and assistants; * Plan and control materials, inputs, and services for the construction project; * Monitor execution, quality, safety, and project performance indicators; * Participate in weekly, medium-term, and financial planning; * Conduct measurements, technological control, and third-party monitoring; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and management platforms. **Requirements:** * Completed or near-completion of a Civil Engineering degree; * Field experience on construction sites; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Availability to work on-site. **We Offer:** * Hands-on experience in the construction industry; * Opportunities for professional growth; * A dynamic work environment. **Job Details:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:15 to 11:45 and 13:00 to 17:50 * Friday working hours end at 15:50\.
