




***Private Market Access Manager*** * *Location: Brasilia/Goiania* * *Work Schedule: Field-based* **Job Description:** Our *Private Market Access Manager* team, among other responsibilities, focuses on establishing sustainable, high-value partnerships with vertically integrated and non-vertically integrated health plan operators, serving as Sanofi’s focal point within the account to fully execute access strategies and maximize results for Sanofi’s portfolio products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify market access opportunities at key accounts (vertically integrated and non-vertically integrated health plan operators) for Sanofi’s key medicines (immunology, oncology-hematology, and vaccines); * Possess in-depth knowledge of key accounts within the territory, including internal standardization and new technology incorporation processes, supported by a robust SWOT analysis and in synergy with the entire “account team”; * Map and engage key stakeholders involved in decision-making processes through technical presentations/materials and dissemination of scientific publications and information regarding the clinical and pharmacoeconomic benefits of Sanofi’s medicines; * Develop and implement account plans aligned with business unit objectives, account prioritizations, and segmentation. Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment among all members of the “account team”. Coordinate planning and execution of account initiatives by the “account team” according to schedule, and represent the “account team” during managerial review and presentation meetings; * Present and manage fulfillment of commercial proposals agreed upon with accounts; * Participate in and organize access-focused events aimed at stakeholder education and capacity building, as well as manage the dedicated budget for these activities; * Ensure all activities and interactions comply with local legislation, the Interfarma Code of Conduct, and current Sanofi policies; * Promote exchange and synergy across business units, mapping market opportunities and expectations, seeking integration of initiatives and identification of new access opportunities. **Managers** * Champion the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity within your team, serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate understanding and adherence to ethics and integrity principles, Sanofi policies, and pharmaceutical industry codes of conduct; * Comply with and promote Sanofi’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies for the team you manage, including the Road Safety Program, aimed at preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being, and reducing environmental impacts arising from work-related activities; * Support Sanofi’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and granted equal opportunities. **About You:** * Technical knowledge of specialty medicines for treating immunological, oncology-hematological and/or neurological diseases, and vaccines; * Prior experience in the following areas: market access, medical affairs (MSL or Medical Manager), marketing/demand generation, and/or health plan operators (knowledge of Brazil’s Unified Health System – SUS – is considered a plus); * Completed undergraduate degree (health-related fields and/or postgraduate qualifications are considered advantageous); * Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Technical-commercial and consultative profile.
