Ensuring customer service and satisfaction Description: * Track and release orders in the order portfolio; keep delivery dates updated; * Allocate and release shipments; * Monitor and control inventory; * Control advance and scheduled orders, including delivery forecasts and order baseline dates; * Control shipments related to goods collected at the company. Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure timely response to requests received from customers, sales representatives, and commercial managers, aiming for their satisfaction; * Control orders to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation (taxes); * Contribute to accurate updating of the order portfolio; * Contribute to order fulfillment according to FEC (Final Expected Completion); * Ensure compliance in order allocation and release; * Contribute to keeping reports and documents up to date; * Help reduce order processing time; * Ensure achievement of the daily target. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, Executive Secretariat, or Technology in related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications: Excel and Word (basic). 2511210202471120694
