This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE-RS! - Conduct youth training within the apprenticeship program, following the program's methodology and guidelines; - Plan and deliver theoretical apprenticeship classes, observing the established methodology and the realities of each group; - Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, promoting reflection and the development of workplace competencies; - Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; - Promote and support apprentice development, providing follow-up when necessary; - Record and monitor apprentice attendance in theoretical training; - Make appropriate entries in the internal system; - Propose and participate in apprentice progress meetings with companies and other stakeholders; - Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility, suggesting improvements when needed; - Provide support to other departmental activities when required. Requirements: Completed degree or final semesters in Administration, HR, Pedagogy, or Teaching degrees; Experience in education and working with youth is desirable; Residence in Tapejara/RS; Valid driver's license (category B); Availability to work in the cities of Sananduva and Lagoa Vermelha. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
