Job Summary: Technical and functional support professional for TOTVS Protheus and other systems, responsible for incident analysis, user training, system configuration, and simple development. The company’s slogan "***One World, One Market***" is consistently embodied in its pursuit of new opportunities and cultural diversity, reflected in the wide range of nationalities among team members. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide functional and technical support to users of the TOTVS Protheus system and other company systems Handle service requests, analyzing errors, questions, and user requests Train users on modules, functions, and reports of TOTVS Protheus and other systems Perform basic configurations of TOTVS Protheus and other systems Support implementation, updates, and testing of Protheus modules Develop and maintain queries, reports, and simple routines in ADVPL Execute validation tests (unit and integrated) following changes Support integrations with other systems (via tables, routines, or simple APIs) Monitor projects alongside third-party vendors Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation Support ERP-related audits and internal controls Adhere to information security standards and IT best practices **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be proactive and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility; * Be organized and detail-oriented; * Possess logical and analytical reasoning skills; * Be oriented toward internal customers; * Enjoy working in teams; * Be studious and committed to staying updated on emerging technologies; * Be aware of labor market trends in the field; * Have proficiency in computer applications; * Enjoy problem-solving; **Additional Information** Meal/Voucher Allowance \- R$ 1\.000,00 Unimed Health Plan (Unimax) \- payroll deduction of R$ 10.00 Profit Sharing Program (PPR) Gympass PMI Foods is a global company operating in the food market, meeting demand across all continents through its own offices, strategically distributed across multiple countries in the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Oceania.
