JUNIOR CONTROLLER ANALYST

Description

**Job Mission** Responsible for performing support and analytical activities in controller processes, including gathering, organizing, and consolidating financial and operational data. Support the preparation of managerial reports, forecasts, provisions, and reclassifications, contributing to the generation of reliable and strategic information for managing expenses, sales, inventory, and company margins. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, update, and maintain managerial reports related to expenses, sales, margins, and inventory, ensuring accuracy and standardization of information. * Conduct financial analyses and forecasts to support management, considering historical data, trends, and relevant variances. * Execute expense provisions and reclassifications in accordance with internal policies and departmental guidelines. * Monitor and analyze Matrix Expense Management (GMD) performance indicators, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Register and maintain purchase order approvers in systems according to established internal workflows. * Support audit and inventory processes by performing stock reconciliations and validating information. * Perform analyses and reconciliations related to sales, rebates, margins, and marketplace performance indicators (take rate). * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives, providing analytical support, data, and technical assistance to the department. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience or exposure to administrative, financial, accounting, or controller routines. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. **Desirable Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controller-related activities. * Knowledge of data analysis tools and management systems. * Experience with provision processes, reconciliations, and expense and revenue controls. * Experience with financial indicators and preparation of managerial reports.
