Responsible for the proper execution of plant operations in the Production area, directing the supervisor during the process and reporting to Management; Work on the shop floor to ensure compliance with company objectives, standards, and procedures; Act to reduce direct production costs through better expense control, analysis of the need for changes in work methods or production processes, aiming to achieve higher productivity; Collaborate with management in forecasting required staffing levels; Participate in interviews with employees with high absenteeism; Lead action plans within your production unit; Control processes and report performance indicators; Implement the QMS policy within areas of responsibility; Identify and request mandatory and elective training; Ensure a safe working environment by consistently enforcing PPE usage and assisting in accident prevention; Guarantee key process indicators for your department; Work with HR on routine matters: overtime, time banking, work schedules, infractions, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Experience in the role; Knowledge of production processes; Project and facility knowledge; Ability to develop and monitor indicators.
