




Job Summary: Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards and focusing on continuous improvement. Support for internal and external audits Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and internal and external requirements. Manages documents, performance indicators, nonconformities, customer complaints, customer satisfaction surveys, and supports internal and external audits, with a focus on continuous process improvement. * Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, legal requirements, and certifications; * Develop, monitor, and analyze quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); * Manage internal and external nonconformities, including handling of nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions; * Manage customer complaints, ensuring root cause analysis, appropriate resolution, and timely feedback; * Plan, conduct, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys; * Support company departments in developing, reviewing, and standardizing documents and records according to the QMS; * Develop, review, and control documents such as procedures, policies, work instructions, technical specifications, manuals, and records; * Manage documented information, including control of the master list; * Monitor expiration dates and renewals of certifications and QMS maintenance (ISO 9001:2015, AEO, CA50 Rebar Certification – Steel Mills); * Plan, conduct, or oversee internal audits and external audits performed by certification bodies; * Maintain internal and external communication related to Quality Management System topics; * Control and manage quality certificates for products, suppliers, and processes; * Ensure proper sharing of information, documents, and records only with responsible and authorized departments; * Plan, deliver, and monitor training related to the Quality Management System; * Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory and QMS-related training.
