Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising work fronts, ensuring execution quality and workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and monitoring of material inventory * Plan, organize, and supervise work fronts to ensure workflow continuity and production rhythm. * Guide teams on construction methods, proper material usage, and correct techniques. * Verify daily compliance with project plans, measurements, and technical specifications. * Control execution quality to prevent rework and waste. * Monitor material inventory together with the warehouse clerk and request replenishments when necessary. * Coordinate subcontractors, direct activities, and ensure alignment with the schedule. * Serve as a liaison between engineering and field teams, clearly conveying instructions. * Supervise checklists, inspections, and best practices for workplace safety. * Record construction progress and immediately report issues or deviations. * Safeguard assets, maintain site organization, and ensure smooth site operations. \*\*Submit salary expectations.
