Job Summary: Responsible for planning, execution, and quality control of asphalt and rigid pavements on highways, urban roads, and railways, leading teams and interacting with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and supervision of pavement construction stages 2. Conducting material and field tests in accordance with technical standards 3. Team leadership and interaction with clients and regulatory agencies Will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and rehabilitation of asphalt and rigid (concrete) pavements on highways, urban roads, and railways across the entire state of Rio Grande do Sul. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise earthwork, prime coat, tack coat, and application of asphalt mixtures or concrete; * Conduct material tests (binders, aggregates, additives) and field tests (degree of compaction, thickness) to ensure pavement compliance with technical standards (DNIT, ABNT, DER); * Prepare and review schedules, technical reports, daily logs, and material measurements (quantity take-offs); * Lead field teams, interact with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure contract compliance and safety standards; * Evaluate defects in existing pavements and calculate required interventions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Willingness to travel; * Residency in the state of Rio Grande do Sul; * Experience in pavement construction or heavy civil works. **Contract Type: PJ (Individual Contractor)** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
