Assist in one or more processes. Work in alignment with BRF’s Quality, Integrity, and Safety Commitments. Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Sustainability Policy and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, compliance with indicators, and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. Operate all processes related to grain and meal classification and storage. Operate pneumatic and manual truck unloaders. Assist in cleaning and organizing the factory in receiving, storage, silo loading areas (floors, walls, hoppers, sieves, ducts, shovels, spatulas, scoops, brooms, ingredient transport carts, external and internal equipment parts, and pallet jacks), as well as cereal and meal dispatch. Verify analysis reports and compare them against technical specifications of raw materials, reporting deviations to Quality Assurance. Perform physical verification analyses throughout the entire cereal and meal classification process. Enter performed physical analyses into the LIMS system. Segregate non-conforming products for subsequent evaluation and handling by the Quality Assurance and Animal Nutrition teams. Support the training of new employees for execution of their duties. Apply monitoring checklists in the production process and environment. Accurately record tasks according to frequency and standardized forms within the department. Report and address anomalies related to cereal and meal classification activities. Assist in investigations and participate in developing action plans to resolve anomalies.
