Responsibilities: * Accompany two directors daily, documenting routines, events, meetings, and behind-the-scenes moments * Capture photo and video content for social media * Edit short videos, images, and carousels * Publish and organize content primarily for Instagram (with potential replication on TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube) * Engage with followers: respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction * Support building a strong, consistent social media presence * Availability for travel within and outside Rio Grande do Sul Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience managing social media * Proficiency in using Instagram and other social platforms * Knowledge of photo and video editing * Execution-oriented mindset: “Done is better than perfect” * Availability for in-person work * Availability for travel * Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing **Expected Behaviors:** Commitment, proactivity, transparency, loyalty, ambition, and genuine desire to grow.
