Work environment with state-of-the-art machines (Intel Core i7) and multi-monitor setups **ON-SITE DELPHI PROGRAMMER** **Job Description:** – Develop Delphi-based systems and applications, including GUI design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintain and enhance existing systems; **Requirements:** – Interest in learning/advancing in new software development and code validation methodologies; – Technical proficiency required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Preferred: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Aptitude for code optimization and refactoring; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is curious, dynamic, and dedicated.
