




Job Summary: The Billing Assistant will be responsible for issuing invoices, verifying information, correcting inconsistencies, and supporting financial organization. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the analysis of financial and operational information **Position: Billing Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e), bills, and invoices according to orders and contracts. * Verify tax and commercial information, such as amounts, taxes, CFOP codes, customer data, and products\/services. * Identify and correct inconsistencies before sending to customers or accounting. * Populate and maintain updated spreadsheets for data control. * Perform inventory movement controls and record entries. * Support the organization and analysis of financial and operational information. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of billing routines and tax documents. * Experience with Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, SUM, IF). * Familiarity with pivot tables and conditional formatting. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative or financial roles. * Knowledge of management systems (ERP).
