Work on continuous quality improvement and resolution of non-conformities. 2. Monitor and optimize weighing systems and production scheduling. 3. Control slaughter and evisceration efficiency. Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. * Support the supervisor or coordinator in process improvement and resolution of non-conformities by conducting technical studies to promote continuous quality improvement and meet departmental plans. Also assist in evaluating production indicators. * Keep information updated on the "Correct Weight" dashboard and monitor deviations on-site, forwarding corrective actions to supervisors and management team; * Monitor and ensure proper operation of automatic weighing systems by reviewing work routines and reports to minimize losses. Additionally, schedule manual and robotic (automatic) palletizing production based on production reports from static and continuous freezing tunnels; * Operate the Product Distribution System — managing scheduling of shifts — and control efficiency, stoppages, and condemnations during slaughter and evisceration. 251126020240758334
