Job Summary: Professional to perform or supervise maintenance services, including masonry, roofing, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, and carpentry, as well as respond to emergencies. Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives, generating connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform or supervise the following services: * Masonry and Finishing: Repairs to walls, plastering, flooring, and tiles. * Roofing and Waterproofing: Repairs to roofs, gutters, flashings, and application of waterproof membranes. * Plumbing and Sanitary Installations: Unclogging, pipe repairs, toilet repairs, faucet and valve repairs. * Painting: Surface preparation and paint application on interior and exterior areas. * Locksmithing and Carpentry: Minor repairs to doors, windows, furniture, and hardware. * Emergencies and Corrective Actions: Respond to urgent incidents such as leaks, localized power outages, broken glass, and critical blockages. * Implement rapid and effective corrective actions to minimize damage and disruptions. * Ensure on-call or standby coverage for emergency response outside regular business hours, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete high school education: * Hybrid professional: possesses both technical and practical knowledge equivalent to a construction site supervisor. **Additional Information** What we offer you * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Acolhe (psychosocial support service); * Saber Online (internal learning platform). **Work Location:** Villagio Caxias Shopping **Work Model:** On-site **Shift Schedule:** 12 x 36 — 07:00–12:00 / 13:00–19:00 We exist to connect people with what matters—serving and delighting every day, and creating transformative moments.
