**Responsibilities:** * Lead the team to ensure achievement of productivity, quality, safety, and deadline targets established in accordance with company standards; * Assign operators to machines and resolve issues arising from staff absences, reporting any incidents occurring during their shift to their immediate supervisor; * Perform machine setups and ensure machines are adjusted according to technical specifications and required product quality, thereby guaranteeing operations proceed as scheduled in the production plan; * Monitor each stage of the production process until final completion, ensuring compliance with specifications and characteristics of each product; * Track production order progress and ensure data entries accurately reflect actual operational conditions; * Adhere to safety and quality regulations; * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production planning and control (PCP) departments; * Analyze daily production and quality reports to identify deviations from established production process standards and implement appropriate corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Experience in the plastic industry, including knowledge of blow molding/injection machine setup and mold changes; * Experience leading teams; * Computer literacy; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Completed high school education.
